2025 Excellence Award: QEV24 Series Pioneers Market Innovation
Conquer has developed the high-performance QEV24 series fuses for core vehicle system protection, which has been recognized with the 2025 Taiwan Excellence Award. Designed specifically for electric vehicles, this series not only withstands harsh environments, including vibration, impact, high temperatures, and humidity, but also fully complies with ISO 8820 road vehicle fuse standards, JASO D622 Japanese automotive standards, and UL 248-20 standards, offering stable and reliable safety protection for vehicle systems. The QEV24 series is primarily used in electric vehicle core components, including Electric Vehicle Power Distribution Units (EV PDU), On-Board Chargers (OBC), EV charging stations, and EV DC/DC Converters.
Environmentally Friendly Manufacturing and High-Reliability Design
The QEV24 series utilizes advanced high-precision DC inverter soldering technology to replace traditional manufacturing methods. This innovation not only enhances soldering precision but also significantly minimizes energy consumption and environmental pollution from flux usage, ensuring compliance with international environmental regulations, including the EU RoHS and SVHC hazardous substance directives. By adopting this technology, the QEV24 series mitigates air pollution associated with conventional processes and substantially reduces energy losses at high temperatures.
Deepening Market Presence in Electric Vehicles
Conquer is progressively broadening its product portfolio from consumer electronics (such as MMT) to automotive electronics (such as EVS and QEV24), while further solidifying its presence in the electric vehicle and solar photovoltaic energy markets. To meet the stringent market requirements for product safety and reliability, Conquer has implemented quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 automotive industry standards, ensuring rigorous quality control across the entire spectrum—from design and supply chain management to manufacturing.
Conquer’s internationally certified laboratory meets UL and TUV standards and boasts over 30 years of international certification expertise. The facility is capable of conducting more than 80% of AEC-Q200 reliability test conditions and offers customized testing tailored to customer requirements. Additionally, the laboratory utilizes COMSOL Multiphysics and ANSYS simulation software for pre-design reliability simulations, further accelerating product development timelines and ensuring product performance aligns with market expectations.
