Conquer Electronics continues to put ESG principles into action by organizing its annual beach cleanup at Yongjing Beach in Zhuangwei, Yilan. The event brought together 150 employees and their families, who collectively removed 358 kilograms of marine debris. Through parent–child participation, the company aims to promote environmental education and contribute to the protection of marine ecosystems.
During the event, participants were divided into groups to collect bottles, fishing nets, polystyrene, plastic fragments, and other waste. For many children, this was their first experience taking part in a beach cleanup. By observing marine waste firsthand, they learned about the environmental harm caused by littering, while parents guided them in waste sorting and plastic reduction.
Conquer Electronics noted that integrating education with hands-on activities helps nurture sustainability awareness from an early age, encouraging families to adopt green actions in daily life and the workplace.
The company also organized a Family Day event at Kadaw Farm, where employees and their families took part in food-and-farm education activities that supported carbon reduction and local sustainability.
Beyond marine conservation, Conquer Electronics partnered with Kadaw Farm in Yilan to promote food and agricultural education. A total of 153 employees and family members participated in rice harvesting, river-drifting activities, and ecological craft workshops, gaining knowledge about natural farming and ecological restoration.
The initiative produced significant results—not only fostering cross-generational sustainability education, but also reducing approximately 727 kilograms of carbon emissions through carpooling. Additionally, the program helped restore 5,868 pings of farmland and supported 60 kilograms of eco-friendly cultivation, demonstrating the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and local co-prosperity.
